After spending several years in the motorsports industry, I've come to realize, that all the while females are progressively getting more interested and accepted in the formerly known "man's world," the merchandise side could use some help. In comes VIXEN INDUSTRIES.
Options are limited. Every thing seems to blend together. Why are "race" shirts so busy? Does the front AND back need to be fully covered? Why is my only option pink!? Personally, I don't like wearing pink. Perhaps it's simply because it clashes with my firey red hair. (Chick problems right?)
The Vixen vision is simple:
Come up with a tag line that basically states we can still be a lady, while kickin' ass. #BePrettyPlayDirty
Design a few pieces that represent and can be worn anywhere, any day.
Whether you're at a motorsports event, or grocery shopping. Whether you're a young child, or a rad older lady.
When I think of the word VIXEN, I envision a strong, sexy, powerful woman.
I've been in the motorsports industry my whole adult career. Full time, life on the road, bouncing from city to city, country to country. I wasn't always "accepted" in the male dominated sport, especially starting out on the ground level as a mechanic. Who takes an 18 year old blonde girl that claims to love getting greasy and sling wrenches seriously? You have to be tough- people can be ruthless. I stood my ground, did my thing and mentally gave people the bird when I saw it fit. Fortunately, my passion, hard work, and dedication pulled me through and, in 2020, I will be embarking on my 14th year. Over the past couple of years however, my life has slowed down a bit and I've turned my focus solely on racing... and housewifin' on the side. Slowing down some has given me the opportunity to chase another dream of mine, owning my own business. VIXEN INDUSTRIES.
If you have followed my journey from day one, or are new to this crazy adventure, THANK YOU. Thank you for all the love and support, and even to those previously mentioned A-holes. In one way or another, it has shaped me into the person I am today.
Get out there, kick some ass in this world, and don't take any shit.

2. a spiteful or quarrelsome woman.
